A
big girl, Tootsie was both sound and well put together.
Reluctantly, she loathed the conformation ring as
much as her mother did, so her attributes were never fully rewarded. She was, however, a bright and attentive
obedience partner. Despite her kamikaze healing style,
she attained her Companion Dog degree in July of 2000
going High In Trial at three consecutive Basset Hound
Specialties.
She
was bred only once, to Ch. Sanlyns
Classic Sportster ROM. This breeding produced
a litter of seven girls. Two of these girls
finished there Championships, and two more were pointed, and one other attained an obedience title.
She retired to a pet home where she was given her own bedroom.
