Pistol was another one of those "I told you so" dogs. She was an adorable puppy that was full of energy (hence her name). It took her quite a while to grow up into the dog I had hope she would. She finally made it.

She started and ended her show career in the same year. She had two specialty wins under her belt in the early spring, and finished her championship in August at the Western Washington Hound show. After achieving her championship, she went back to being the spoiled house dog of her owners.
